Manage your subscription

From the Billing page

Go to Billing in your user menu. You'll see your current plan, next renewal date, and an invoices list.

Things you can do

  • Manage subscription — opens the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can update your payment method, cancel, or switch between monthly and annual.
  • Cancel — your access continues through the end of the current period. No prorated refund mid-period (see the Refund Policy for the 7-day exception).
  • View invoices — each invoice has a "View" link to download a PDF receipt for tax purposes.
  • Switching plans

    Switch from monthly to annual any time — Stripe handles proration. The new plan starts immediately.
