Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable trying CertForged Pro. Our refund policy is straightforward: a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your first paid period.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment (monthly or annual), email support@certforged.com from the address on your account and we’ll refund the full amount within 5–10 business days.
2. Renewals
Refunds apply to your first paid period only. Subsequent renewal charges (e.g., the second month or second year) are not refundable. You can cancel any time from your billing portal to prevent the next renewal — you’ll keep access until the end of your current period.
3. Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time when you cancel mid-period. Your access continues through the period you’ve already paid for.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@certforged.com from the address on your account.
- Include your account email and the date of purchase. You can also include a brief reason — it helps us improve, but is not required.
5. Exclusions
We may decline a refund in cases of:
- Repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles or other apparent abuse of the guarantee.
- Violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, scraping, fraud).
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we respond quickly and refunds are simple. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination.
