Failed payment
Stripe will retry the card automatically over a few days. You'll get an email each time. While we retry, your account stays in past_due state but you keep access. If the retries fail, you'll be moved to free tier.
To fix: open the Stripe Customer Portal from the Billing page and update your card.
Refund requests
Email support@certforged.com within 7 days of your first paid period. We refund the full amount within 5–10 business days, no questions asked.
After 7 days
The current period is non-refundable but you can cancel any time to prevent future renewals. Email us if there's an exceptional case — we're reasonable.
Wrong charge?
Contact us first. Don't open a chargeback before contacting us — chargebacks cost us $15 each, take weeks to resolve, and we can usually fix the problem in minutes by email.
